PRODUCT DESIGN (COVER ARCHIVE)

Product design and creation @ CODEX M.I.T. Media Lab, Cambridge in 24 hours. You can consult the Case Study for this project to learn more about the design process behind it.

Goals
Have an outlook of history by looking at the covers’ evolution through time.

Solution
As we were working on a product for designers, professors and students — people who spend a lot of time researching and working on their desktops, I wanted to create an experience tailored for the “big screen”. This whole project was about giving a significant place to book covers, therefore rendering them in the size of a matchbox was simply not appropriate. Because accessibility remains a priority, we made the website responsive.

Work
Conceptualization, branding and logo, product and website design.
